Quiet and moderate.

It was quiet and silent, I had a nice good sleep on a fine double bed with a perfect mattress. I was registered before the time for registration (14h), as soon as I came to the hotel at 12. The girl on reception was willing to help, even when her working hours were oficially over - after 18 o'clock. She helped me to connect to wifi. There is laundry and water machine and a little gym on the 2-d floor.

There was a ventilator on the floor of my balcony that was blowing hot air all through, so I could not stay there. There was no coffee in the cafe on the first floor, it was always closed.

Nice apartment with reasonable price.

I went there to work at the cafe nearby so that the location is perfect for me. Besides, it is still good even I was not there to work. I feel like I am staying in the long term service apartment so that it is not super comfort but reasonable and could be recommend.

All in All, Pleasant short stay, friendly, accommodating & helpful Staff & very clean rooms

Staff very good, who can speak enough English & very helpful, small on site restaurant with good food! Probably better than most Hotels in Bangsaen

Mattress on the slightly harder side but ok & didn't bother me at all! Could do with a kettle for making tea or coffee, although this is a Condo & so Wouldn't usually have this anyway!

Good wifi, close to the beach, clean and in style. 3 tv channel in English. Nearby on the main road, good streetfood.

Next 3 stars hotel with pool offered cheaper rackrate room in promotion 800baths\night. The beach is not clean enough.

value for money, clean & comfort place for any marathon racers or short stay travellers

easy access, room is spacious, clean and comfort. hot shower, big bottles of body wash and shampoo, big refrigerator and big wardrobe with mirror. there's a big passenger lift for high floors - very good when you come back from exhausted race, no need to claim the stairs like other budget hotels/apartments. walking distance from the beach and to the start point of marathon race. staffs are very polite and friendly. though it doesn't offer breakfast but the place does offer a small coffee shop as well as a big common area near the check-in counter.

locates near local pubs & bars, may experience some noise if you sit at balcony. however, the noise could not disturb your sleep when the door at balcony is well closed. parking is quite a challenge, as it is also an apartment for long-term rent for university students. but they are well managed, i had no problem when i stayed during the marathon race.

Fantastic hosts!! Went out their way and exceeded expectations....

Fantastic hosts!! The family who run this business were extremely hospitable, on my wedding day they offered and arranged to take members of my family to the venue in their own vehicle, such as personal and considerate offer. They also even took my best man back to Bangkok airport. Would highly recommend this place!!
